Computer Training Success

I got scamed by computer training.com in 03 , they told me they would help me get a job working with computers when my current job had nothing to do with computers and told me that was ok. well it wasnt because i found the classes to hard for me and to quick so now im in debt with them and i dont have a job with computers with the amount of money they are taking from me i could send my kids to college ive heard of other people that got scamed like me but i dont know what to do or who to talk to about this i feel helpless could some one point me to the right way?? i live in VA thank you.
